Karde (Dipsacus fullonum)

This plant is a real wildcat in the garden. The wild teasel boasts striking flower heads that resemble those of the thistle. Prickly and magical at the same time. Bumblebees, bees and other busy pollinators fly to the flowers of (bot.) Dipsacus fullonum. This wild perennial brings life to the garden. It looks wonderful in combination with other perennials and gives the natural bed the finishing touch.
