Dill (Anethum graveolens)
Dill is an annual, upright plant with a deep taproot. The herb is similar to fennel: its hollow, slightly ribbed stems barely branch out and grow to a height of 60 to 100 centimeters. Dill exudes a fresh, aromatic scent.
