Mini peppers, green

A very special feast for the eyes on the table: mini peppers. The small fruit vegetable looks exactly like the conventional peppers we are used to, is also available in the same colors (red, yellow and green), but stands out due to its miniature format. Mini peppers do not grow much larger than 4 to 5 cm, a size that has been achieved through continuous breeding. This also makes new uses in the kitchen possible.

Mini peppers are the ideal size for stuffing and look very nice as a garnish. Mini peppers are available in red, green and orange, all with a pleasantly sweet taste. An additional advantage is that they have no seeds.
